As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding clients and setting them up for durable relationships with Deel to enable long-term success. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support to clients, and facilitating on-time onboarding through project management of all stakeholders involved.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role
- Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product
- Creative approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead projects to completion successfully
- Strong analytical foundation
