Equity Operations Lead (EMEA)

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. As the Equity Operations Lead (EMEA), you will be responsible for running the operations and compliance of the company's Equity for EORs service, including cross-border regulatory requirements, events execution, and Product collaboration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in equity administration, payroll, finance, or related fields, with direct responsibility for global equity operations.
• Proven experience using Shareworks to administer global stock option programs is a huge advantage
• Demonstrated track record managing stock options, cap table systems, and equity-related legal and financial documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex data across systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for equity data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Payroll, People, and external vendors.
