What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level IT support role where I can apply hands-on troubleshooting, expand networking and AD/M365 skills, and grow toward security certifications.

I am an entry-level IT Support Technician with hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and MacOS systems, resolving hardware and software issues, and supporting end users in fast-paced retail environments. I have proven experience delivering Tier 1 technical support for PCs, printers, scanners, POS systems, and store software while training staff and creating operational reports to improve technical reliability.

I bring a strong foundation in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory and O365 administration, device configuration, and remote support tools, and I am currently pursuing CompTIA Security+ to strengthen my core IT knowledge. I communicate technical issues clearly, prioritize security and user experience, and focus on efficient problem resolution to keep operations running smoothly.
