I seek a hands-on IT role where I can manage systems, streamline workflows, mentor teams, and resolve user issues efficiently.

I am a driven IT Support Specialist with extensive hands-on experience in Active Directory, hardware repair, software configuration, and rapid troubleshooting. Over 15+ years I have delivered customer-focused technical support while improving processes and coordinating teams.

In my current role as a Help Desk Technician I manage and administer user accounts, perform hardware diagnostics and repairs, troubleshoot network connectivity, and maintain support documentation and knowledge bases.

Previously, as an Associate Manager at a major wireless provider, I provided technical support for devices and connectivity, trained staff and customers, maintained documentation, and collaborated with IT teams to refine support workflows.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology and a Full-Stack Software Engineer certification, and I aim to advance into IT Support Specialist II, Junior Systems Administrator, or IT Project Coordinator roles to strengthen systems and streamline workflows.
