In my self-managed IT & E-commerce Technical Operations role, I diagnose and resolve technical issues across systems, manage software tools, and coordinate with remote teams to keep operations running smoothly. I also supported classroom technology in a substitute support role, assisting staff with systems and maintaining smooth digital operations.

My projects reflect practical help-desk readiness: I installed and configured operating systems, resolved network issues, set up routers, and simulated IT help desk troubleshooting tasks. I’m now seeking an entry-level IT Support or Help Desk role where I can continue growing while delivering reliable, secure technical support.
