What I'm looking for
I’m an Executive Assistant with strong administration and payroll experience, focused on accuracy, organization, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. I handle financial tasks like processing invoices and expenses, maintaining billing accuracy, and supporting cash flow and payroll through reliable recordkeeping.
In my recent role, I responded to partner and stakeholder inquiries by phone and email, coordinating routine resolutions and escalating complex issues to the operations team.
