What I'm looking for

I seek an administrative role where I can apply financial administration, document management, and organizational skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am an administrative professional with hands-on experience providing executive-level support and improving office operations. At Varsity Village I managed scheduling, communications, and supported marketing and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth daily functions.

I handled financial administration including preparing and managing over 500 invoices, expense tracking in Xero, payroll assistance, and reporting to support accurate financial operations. I maintained secure electronic and manual filing systems using Dokka and Google Workspace.
