I’m looking for an executive/personal/financial support role where I can manage diaries, travel, stakeholders, and financial administration—streamlining workflows and improving efficiency in a high-trust, fast-paced team.

I bring 20+ years of experience as an Executive, Personal, and Financial Assistant, providing full executive support both in-office and virtually. I’m known for diary management, travel logistics, stakeholder communication, and keeping complex schedules and priorities running smoothly.

In my recent role, I established new office systems and streamlined operations to increase efficiency. I also managed office facilities, machinery, supplier contracts, and operational procurement, including renegotiating contracts to generate cost savings.

I handle financial administration end to end—using tools like Xero and Pastel—for payments, invoices, reconciliations, allocations, and reporting.
