I'm looking to lead and scale data-driven People Operations, HR services, and change initiatives where I can improve employee experience, build strong service-delivery teams, and deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes.

I've scaled People Operations at CrowdStrike from 2,000 to 10,000+ employees across the Americas, leading HR service delivery for more than 30,000 annual contacts while sustaining a 4.8/5.0 CSAT. I also helped centralize service operations, automate Digital I-9 in Workday, outsource employment verifications, and implement an AI chatbot.

Previously at Amazon, I launched five delivery stations during COVID-19, reduced new-hire attrition by 550 bps, and built talent analytics used by senior leaders. At Staples, I built and led centralized HR operations supporting 60,000 associates, delivered Lean Six Sigma improvements saving approximately $2MM annually, and drove HRIS, leave, policy, and vendor initiatives; earlier, I evaluated public programs for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with projected savings up to $65MM.
