I’m looking for a technology-forward HR leadership role where I can drive HR transformation, global total rewards, and HRIS/ERP automation, build high-performing teams, and partner with IT and business leaders to scale the employee experience.

I’m a senior HR leader with 20+ years of demonstrated success driving innovation, automation, and process optimization for top technology firms, building HR teams that “move mountains” while delivering responsive, knowledgeable support worldwide. I’ve consistently led HR transformation, Compensation & Benefits program design, and HRIS/ERP system implementation, including global software deployments with budgeting, scheduling, scaling, process redesign, and change management.

Most recently, at BambooHR, I oversee HR systems strategy/optimization, compliance, and people analytics and mentor a 9-member People Operations & Facilities team supporting 1,400+ staff across the U.S. Previously, I led global Total Rewards at Flatiron Health and Conga—launching a Pay Transparency strategy and rolling out Workday modules for global compensation, benefits, and planning—then drove large-scale Workday and HR service transformations at AECOM, including deployment across 59 countries and $15M in savings over 5 years.
