What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, people-first HR programs that balance employee experience, compliance, and business goals, particularly in remote or growing organizations.

At Same Page HR, I provide strategic and operational HR support to clients across tech, childcare, travel services, and healthcare, building scalable processes across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

Previously, I led People Success at Stratifyd for a fully remote workforce, created remote onboarding and recognition programs, built recruiting processes that saved $20K on an ATS, launched the company’s first Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and presented workforce insights to the Board. I’ve also managed HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, recruiting, acquisitions, and employee transitions for affiliated U.S. and Canadian companies.
