I’m looking for a people-operations role where I can lead employee relations and compliant leave administration, partner with Legal/Benefits/operations, and drive process improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

I’m a Strategic Human Resources and employee relations professional with experience across investigations, policy interpretation, performance management, leave administration, case documentation, benefits coordination, and HR operations in high-volume, fast-moving environments. I’ve managed end-to-end leave administration for up to 9,000 employees, ensuring compliance with federal and state frameworks while handling sensitive workplace matters with sound judgment and thorough documentation.

In my most recent role as a Human Resources Manager, I oversaw employee relations, investigations, extensive leave administration, and workforce support in a remote shelter operation. I partnered with leadership, legal, benefits, and operations to resolve complex employee issues, improve people processes, and support compliant decision-making—building and formalizing core HR processes for consistency, follow-through, and case readiness. I also coordinate closely with disability benefits partners and educate managers on return-to-work accommodations and complex leave situations to keep payroll and benefits continuity seamless.
