What I'm looking for
I am a customer-focused professional with several years of experience working in fast-paced technology and operational environments across SaaS, EV infrastructure, fintech related processes and customer operations. I started my career in customer service and operations in the fashion industry, and then transitioned into the tech space where I worked with companies like Tesla and ChargePoint / be.ENERGISED.
At Tesla I supported financial operations and customer account management in the German leasing market, managing complex customer situations, operational workflows and cross-functional coordination. ChargePoint / be.ENERGISED – EV charging infrastructure industry, backend SaaS systems throughout North America and EMEA My responsibilities included troubleshooting technical and configuration issues, managing escalations, working with development teams, and contributing to internal knowledge management via KCS documentation.
These experiences taught me that my strengths are not limited to traditional support functions. I love developing long-term relationships with customers, optimising operational processes, solving complex problems, and delivering measurable value to customers through the platforms they use.
I am actively seeking to move into Customer Success, Technical Account Management or strategic account-focused roles where I can apply my technical knowledge, communication skills and customer-centric attitude in a more proactive and commercial role.
Outside of work I have a huge interest in technology, AI driven work flows, SaaS platforms and business growth strategies.
