What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer relations and support sales—using active listening, market research, and clear communication to resolve issues, grow accounts, and contribute to an organized, people-focused team.

I’m a client service and customer relations professional who defines and analyzes customer requests to resolve issues quickly and accurately. I document customer concerns clearly, stay deeply informed on products and promotions, and communicate with confidence to earn strong feedback.

As a CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER, I achieved a high sales percentage using consultative, value-focused service. I handled inbound calls, chats, and emails, consulted with customers to resolve service and billing issues, and maintained high satisfaction ratings. I also managed client payments and deposits.

I’ve also led commercial growth as HEAD OF SALES, developing sales plans, goals, strategies, and objectives to meet team and revenue targets. I made presentations to various brands for sponsorship, and attended trade shows for in-person engagement and network building—then supported those efforts as a SALES EXECUTIVE through prospecting and customer retention-focused account expansion.

Earlier in my career, I built strong operational fundamentals as an ADMINISTRATOR and NATIONAL SERVICE PERSON, including scheduling appointments, managing front desk work, data entry, and document management. I bring training in Project Management and Leadership, plus Hospitality and Human Resource development, supported by Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel—so I can contribute reliably, learn fast, and keep teams organized.
