What I'm looking for

I want a remote role where I can run operations and build internal automation tools—Python/AI bots, FastAPI services, and analytics/reporting—so teams spend less time on manual work and more on reliable execution.

I’m an operations leader with ~9 years in retail and customer service, focused on making day-to-day work predictable through strong standards and fast feedback loops. Since 2021, I’ve managed a cafe-bakery / dark kitchen cluster at VkusVill (80+ people), owning operations, facilities/technical support, and payroll budget (FOT) while improving hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and conflict handling.

In parallel, I build and ship bots, reporting, and automations that operationalize routine: Python/FastAPI services, Telegram automations, and data reporting across 1C, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets, plus VPS deployments. I enjoy the intersection of people, processes, and code—turning operational messages into reliable analytics and tools like outage analytics, deficit routing, and LLM-based knowledge helpers.
