What I'm looking for

I'm targeting fully remote roles in Business Systems, Technical Business Analysis, Product Operations, AI Operations, and Workflow Improvement, where I can turn manual, unclear operations into controlled, repeatable workflows.

At KT Trading, I scaled operating systems across 250+ client and partner environments, supporting 20K+ operational records and more than VND 100 billion in payment and transaction activity.

I turn unclear operations into repeatable systems by defining requirements, mapping workflows, validating data, building review controls, and supporting user acceptance testing. I reduced routine review to roughly 30-minute exception checks through structured tracking, data controls, and clearer escalation paths.

I led a 13-person operations team and standardized execution paths that contributed to roughly 60% year-over-year growth in recorded order value in 2022. My work includes financial controls, order and debt tracking, quality control, internal tools, and process improvement.

More recently, I've led AI workflow initiatives for content operations and prediction-market research, designing evidence gates, approval paths, output validation, and regression checks so unreliable evidence does not become decision input.
