What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my B2B coordination, bilingual communication, accounting foundation, and digital systems skills to organized operations, client onboarding, and workflow-focused roles.

I've managed B2B communications and client onboarding at Marcon John Solutions Inc., supporting an average of 50 clients weekly while maintaining 95% customer satisfaction.

I bring an Accountancy foundation to administrative data tracking, digital workflow organization, and client coordination. My approach combines audit-minded attention to detail with clear bilingual communication in Filipino, English, and Korean.

I build organized digital systems using Notion database architecture, MS Office, and layout design tools such as Adobe Photoshop. I'm focused on streamlining workflows and delivering accurate, well-structured onboarding experiences.

As an Accountancy undergraduate and Dean's Lister, I continue strengthening my technical accounting knowledge alongside practical operations and customer service experience.
