I seek senior roles leading strategic partnerships or GTM for enterprise SaaS where I can scale teams, build partner ecosystems, and drive measurable ARR growth in an ambitious, international company.

I’m a Director of Strategic Partnerships focused on driving revenue growth and go-to-market expansion for enterprise SaaS across APAC and EMEA.

I built ByteDance’s Startup Ecosystem and later led the Strategic Partnerships business unit, achieving strong quota attainment (Q1–Q4 2024: 136%, 112%, 106%, 121%), restructuring an operating model that delivered 265% YoY Net New ARR growth and establishing alliances with firms such as Bain & Company and Accenture.

I scale teams, recruit and enable channel and alliance partners, and design GTM frameworks that optimize revenue and margins. I enjoy building businesses, launching startups, and partnering with VCs and accelerators to accelerate product adoption.
