I’m a results-oriented Economics graduate with hands-on experience in customer service, luxury retail sales, operations support, and data-driven decision making. I enjoy turning customer needs and business information into clear insights, and I’m known for problem solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In my customer-facing roles, I strengthened long-term relationships through consultative selling and accurate issue resolution. I also supported day-to-day operations by maintaining inventory and stock records, ensuring compliance with cash-handling procedures, and contributing to process improvement through effective teamwork and communication.

On the analytics side, I build practical dashboards and reporting to support real decisions—like my South African Inflation Dashboard in Power BI and my Retail Sales Analytics Dashboard in Excel and Power BI. I also use SQL and Python for analysis such as banking customer segmentation and retention trends, and I’m excited to bring this combination of analytics + stakeholder communication to Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Customer Success, or Operations Support.
