Hayley Dunnett

I am an operations- and analysis-focused professional with experience in regulated financial services and digital operating environments. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and a completed Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and I am currently completing my ECBA certification.

I currently work within Standard Bank, where I support process-driven service outcomes in a highly regulated environment. My role involves stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, and operational support, requiring strong attention to accuracy, compliance, and structured problem-solving. Through this work, I have developed the ability to identify process inefficiencies, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and operate effectively within complex organisational systems.

Previously, I gained hands-on operational experience in administrative and support roles across laboratory and digital environments. At ICL Digital, I worked extensively with large datasets, process optimisation, and reporting, strengthening my capability in data structuring, analysis, and operational decision support. I also bring remote work experience, having independently managed structured programmes for international clients, which strengthened my self-management, adaptability, and digital collaboration skills.

I am now actively transitioning into Business Operations Analyst and Junior Business Analyst roles, with a strong interest in data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and internal stakeholder enablement within financial services and technology-driven organisations.
