I’m a dedicated, resourceful customer service professional with 10+ years of experience across collections, hospitality, and sales. I’m known for managing high-volume customer interactions, resolving conflicts, and maintaining strong client relationships while consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.

In my most recent role as a Collection Agent / Chat Agent at Teleperformance, I managed overdue accounts and negotiated payment plans through voice and chat.
