I’m a results-driven Medical Representative with a BSc in Microbiology, combining scientific understanding with commercial execution to grow demand. In my current role at Pharmaken Limited, I promote a portfolio of prescription medicines across hospitals, clinics, and retail pharmacies.

I consistently achieve 95%–115% of monthly sales targets by focusing on territory planning, effective customer engagement, and strong product detailing. I use CRM systems to plan activities and maintain accurate sales records, while monitoring competitor activity and market trends to keep my strategy sharp.

Building trust matters to me, so I work closely with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support prescription generation and sustained product awareness. I also manage customer accounts through payment follow-up and credit management to protect business momentum.

Before sales, I strengthened my technical foundation through a Breeding Lab Intern role at Selecta One Kenya, preparing laboratory reports, maintaining documentation, and analyzing data to improve reporting accuracy. I also developed my training and communication strengths as an Entrepreneurship & Job Readiness Trainer, guiding youth participants and supporting employability outcomes through coaching and stakeholder engagement.
