I’m seeking senior leadership roles as Inside Sales Head, Customer Experience Head, or Recruitment Manager. I want to build teams, optimize revenue funnels and CRM, elevate CSAT/NPS, and lead measurable transformations from Day 1 (remote/hybrid/on-site).

I’m a results-driven senior leader with 20+ years of cross-functional expertise across Inside Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. I’ve built and scaled high-performance teams from the ground up, delivering 45+ Cr in revenue, scaling 100+ member global contact centers, achieving 95%+ CSAT, and driving 80% YoY revenue growth. I’m known for consultative selling, CRM optimization, and transforming customer journeys using Voice of Customer (VoC).

As a Director of Business Development & Customer Success, I spearhead global inside sales strategy, customer success, and CX operations—improving CSAT and NPS, implementing CRM processes for pipeline visibility and forecasting, and leading talent acquisition and workforce planning. I also bring leadership hiring, volume hiring, ATS optimization, and AI-assisted recruitment/sales enablement frameworks to accelerate performance.
