I led the business and functional side of the Magento 1.9 to headless React/MERN migration. I established a central migration framework and aligned SEO, Content, UI/UX, Development, and QA teams on dependencies and delivery.
I designed backend and retail POS workflows across areas including Orders, Inventory, Payments, and Stores, then supported functional QA, bug reporting, and retesting. I also defined the customer journey and UI requirements for a Virtual Try-On prototype, collaborating with UI/UX and securing stakeholder approval at first review.
I built department-specific ClickUp workflows to give management clearer visibility into workload, progress, and blockers. For catalogue and collection operations, I managed work from stock intake and assortment decisions through bulk upload and live-site QA, and developed repeatable launch checklists.
