In my HR and operations roles, I conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews between hiring management and prospective candidates, and manage applicant tracking systems to keep recruitment organized and timely. I also support daily operational needs and coordinate with customers to ensure smooth execution.

Alongside HR, I’ve managed store and e-commerce operations—handling order processing, product listing, inventory management, and store rating, while supporting chat processes and store visits. I analyze operational performance metrics to find areas for improvement, reduce stockouts/overstocks, and strengthen execution through better team collaboration.

My operations experience also includes managing shoot operations, promotions planning, vendor relationships, safety protocols implementation, and risk mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity during crises. I bring a leadership mindset, adaptability, and critical thinking to deliver better outcomes for teams, clients, and day-to-day operations.
