I’m an ecommerce, operations & omnichannel leader with 10+ years scaling multi-channel businesses (B2B, D2C, Retail, Marketplace) to North American operational standards. As Head of Ecommerce Operations, I’ve owned full P&L for the marketplace business—setting selling prices off landed cost, managing margin, and driving profitability—while directing a lean team across end-to-end commercial and fulfillment operations.

I led an offline-to-online digital unification of a 29+ store retail estate through centralized Shopify infrastructure, creating real-time visibility and a roadmap to digitize legacy inventory. I built marketplace operations that helped scale into a Top Seller on Best Buy and drove aggressive expansion on Walmart, while maintaining flawless account health and keeping Order Defect Rates (ODR) consistently below 1%. I also design for execution: warehouse automation (including a custom “One-Shot” fulfillment tool), cross-border supply chain improvements, custom ERP migration, GS1/UPC implementation for a 22,000+ SKU UPC ecosystem, and process redesign that reduced logistics overhead 22%, cut studio costs 40%, and accelerated Time-to-Market from weeks to days.
