What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive scalable e-commerce operations, digital transformation, web optimization, and data-driven customer experiences while collaborating across teams and continuously improving processes.

I’ve supported Ametek Instruments in onboarding businesses to BigCommerce and SAP Commerce, managing migrations and optimizing webstores across more than 10 global units.

I coordinate clients and core teams, resolve tickets, build SOPs, and create LMS training units that support smoother delivery and adoption. I use JIRA, Monday.com, Asana, and ServiceNow to manage workloads and keep projects moving.

At Lowe’s Home Improvement, I managed site content, offers, promotions, pricing, homepage, landing pages, and product pages for Lowe’s Canada. I used Shopify, an in-house CMS, Figma, Canva, Google Search Console, A/B testing, and UAT to improve site operations and user experience across 61 stores.

I’ve also improved Amazon catalog quality and listings, supported sales collateral, and managed Meta Ads and Bol.com stores for small businesses.
