I’m looking for a D2C-focused role where I can own the customer journey, convert inbound leads, handle escalations quickly with strong coordination, and grow retention through data-informed follow-ups and cross-functional execution.

I’m a customer-facing sales and marketing professional with 1.5+ years of hands-on experience managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle at a direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brand. I own customer onboarding, relationship management, query resolution, escalation handling, and retention across WhatsApp, Shopify, and online marketplaces—staying close to customers while coordinating the details that protect satisfaction and repeat business.

As Sales & Marketing Lead (Co-Founder), I respond to inbound customer inquiries generated by Meta ad campaigns, guide customers through product options and customisation requirements, and coordinate order fulfilment with cross-functional teams.
