I’m looking for Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles where I can own onboarding and escalations end-to-end, drive customer satisfaction, and work closely with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes.

I’m a Customer Success Manager with 2+ years of experience managing enterprise clients across ecommerce and telecom support functions. I handle onboarding, account management, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and escalations—staying the main point of contact until issues are fully resolved.

In my most recent role, I managed 10-12 enterprise client accounts on Shopify-based systems, tracked deliverables and requirements using CRM and project management tools, and collaborated with product and engineering to resolve bugs and prioritize improvements.
