At Superfone, I lead end-to-end onboarding for WhatsApp Business API and CRM integrations, deploying client tools, webhooks, and third-party APIs to reduce activation time. I’ve also built and launched AI sales and receptionist agents with domain-specific knowledge bases, conversational flows, and multi-step automations.
Previously at Graphy Labs by Unacademy, I supported 80+ creators and learners, analyzed recurring user issues, and partnered with product, support, and operations teams to improve workflows. At AndroFit AI, I worked with the founder to document application architecture and develop real-time skeletal tracking, repetition counting, and posture analysis features.
I also build practical systems, including a Node.js QR code generator and a Python-SQL campus management platform with full CRUD functionality.
