Conducted 100+ customer interviews across 10 manufacturing facilities to identify pain points and product opportunities. Translated field insights into PRDs, user journeys, and workflows for a 0→1 B2B platform, and built booking, dispatch, and service workflows using Next.js, Supabase, and PostgreSQL.

Gathered requirements, scoped solutions, and translated business objectives into features and technical deliverables. Managed production delivery including payment integration, onboarding, documentation, and post-deployment support.

Co-developed an enterprise AI translation workflow for the Government of Andhra Pradesh, saving 30–45 minutes per page. Designed Gemini, prompt engineering, and RAG workflows using a 5,000+ term glossary and translator feedback.

Served as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, backlog coordination, and delivery tracking. Analyzed operational and user-visit data and built executive dashboards to support leadership decision-making.

Led Agile execution for a 4-member team, coordinating user stories, dependencies, sprint activities, and milestone delivery. Built authenticated web modules, admin dashboards, and data visualization features using Angular, Node.js, and REST APIs.
