I’m a customer service and data entry professional with a little over 6 years of remote experience. Over the years, I’ve supported more than 200 client accounts, handled 70+ daily support tickets, and kept a 98% customer satisfaction score, all while making sure data was accurate and deadlines were met.

I’ve worked with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Finacle, and Calendly, and I’m currently building up my skills in Zendesk and Gorgias. What really drives me is helping people, whether that’s solving a tricky issue, calming a frustrated customer, or keeping a team’s operations running smoothly.
