I’m looking for a remote-ready customer support role where I can handle inbound calls and emails, manage CRM and accurate records, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate to improve customer satisfaction.

I’m a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Professional with experience in customer service, administrative support, and client communication in fast-paced environments. I handle inbound inquiries with calm, professional problem resolution and a strong commitment to positive customer experiences.

In my Sales Representative / Customer Service Associate role (2020–2021), I assisted customers with product inquiries, billing concerns, and purchase support. I handled high-volume customer interactions, resolved complaints, processed transactions accurately, and maintained detailed records of customer purchases and account updates.

I’m skilled in professional phone and email support, multitasking, and time management, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to new systems and customer service tools. I also prioritize confidentiality and data security while troubleshooting issues and documenting outcomes clearly.

As I expand my capabilities, I’m pursuing Virtual Assistant training (certification in 2026), building strength in CRM management, email management, calendar management, data entry, internet research, and remote collaboration tools.
