I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with experience in customer communication, data organization, and remote administrative support. I focus on handling inquiries clearly, multitasking effectively, and working independently in fast-paced environments.

Since 2020, I’ve worked as a Freelance Customer Relations Assistant, responding to customer inquiries through calls and social media. I organize customer information, maintain accurate records, and assist with issue resolution and online administrative tasks.

From 2019 to present, I’ve also supported customers as a Social Media Manager / Sales Support. I manage online customer engagement, handle order follow-ups, and keep transaction and customer records well-organized.
