I am a finance and operations professional with a Master of Science in Accounting and over eight years of experience spanning banking, financial services, operations, business strategy, and client relationship management. Throughout my career, I have helped organizations improve performance by combining analytical thinking with strong operational execution, customer-focused solutions, and process improvement.

During my tenure at Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited, I managed client relationships while providing consultative financial solutions across lending, investments, insurance, and banking products. I analyzed financial information, reviewed documentation, ensured regulatory compliance, identified discrepancies, and consistently delivered high-quality customer service while contributing over J$120 million in sales.

As Operations, HR & Client Experience Director at Wash Bar, I led daily business operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and customer experience initiatives. I designed and implemented standard operating procedures, training programs, workflow documentation, and performance tracking systems that improved operational efficiency, service consistency, and accountability across the organization.

In my consulting work with The Project Hub and service-based businesses, I partnered with business owners to develop operational strategies, business plans, executive presentations, workflow documentation, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives.
