I was responsible for monitoring costs vs. budget and the reasons for any variances. I also coordinated requests for proposals from external applicants.
I monitored and forecasted Loan loss Provisions/Delinquencies for the retail banking divisions. Prior to that I designed packaged loans for Small and medium companies.

I initially joined Sterling to trade global bonds and analyse them for client purchases, then I managed Sterling Investments Limited which is listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange. This involved selecting equity investments for the portfolio through analysis, the financial reporting and the origination of the Dividend Reinvestment and Complementary Share Purchase Programme.

Formulated and executed detailed business plan activities in line with strategic objectives, budget, and
market characteristics.

• Increased the Unit Trusts and Mutual Funds assets under management through training the sales team, executing competitions, preparing marketing briefs, writing collateral for sales materials

Prepared and analysed credit proposals on an on-going basis and monitoring the performance, analysing
future business plans, and identifying business/financial requirements of clients.
• Interfaced with the client: handled discussions with the client, requests for documents, and detailed information regarding the credit.

Managed large corporate clients by bringing new funds under mangement.
