I'm looking for a customer-focused banking, compliance, or administrative role where I can support clients, maintain accurate records, protect confidential information, and contribute to efficient operations.

I've supported clients and banking operations at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Ltd., managing high-volume inbound call queues and resolving customer inquiries and complaints end-to-end.
