I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can combine client relationship management with strong analysis and accurate reporting—using my sales and customer service strengths to help customers succeed, while coordinating projects and collaborating with high-performing teams.

I’m a highly motivated banking professional with an academic foundation in philosophy, psychology, and information studies, and I bring extensive experience in banking, administrative management, and customer service. I focus on research, analytical reasoning, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

At The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica, I provide high-quality service to premium clients, manage multi-currency accounts (JMD, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD), and conduct complex financial transactions with strict confidentiality. I recommend and implement financial solutions, and I consistently convert pre-approved leads through inbound and outbound client calls—assessing needs, presenting solutions, and completing applications in line with internal policies.

I’ve also led operational and people-focused work, coordinating day-to-day administrative and operational activities for online research projects while supervising and training staff. Earlier, as a Human Resources Assistant, I supported recruitment and onboarding, contributed to payroll support, and helped with employee relations—strengthening my documentation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
