What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can design and deliver impactful learning programs, coach teams to improve KPIs, and collaborate with leaders to close capability gaps in a supportive, performance-driven culture.

I am a Learning & Development facilitator and customer service professional with 10 years' experience in BPO environments, focused on delivering high-quality service and operational excellence. I design and deliver engaging onboarding, compliance and refresher training, create learner-focused materials, maintain learner trackers and coaching logs, and collaborate with leadership to close knowledge gaps.

I have progressed from customer service and sales roles into training and 2IC responsibilities, consistently improving learner outcomes and team performance through hands-on coaching, performance feedback and practical roleplay activities. I hold a Grade 12 and am completing a National Certificate in ODETDP, plus TESOL/TEFL and Microsoft Office certifications.
