I have 1-2 years working experience as a Customer Service and Claims Consultant in an Insurance Call Centre Setting. In this role I was doing general call center administration of client's details and queries, I was assisting client with their concerns and claims on the insurance and doing inbound and outbound calls.
My most recent role is in an Internship in the HR Department where I was doing HR related administration like payroll, leaves and appointments.
I have also recently acquired Certification for teaching English Online and Abroad.
