I'm open to global remote opportunities where I can own B2B SaaS customer relationships, improve adoption and retention, and partner cross-functionally to strengthen the customer experience.

I’m a Senior Account Manager and Customer Success professional who genuinely likes people, solving problems, and making things easier for customers.

I currently manage 300+ B2B accounts and more than 2,100 users, with experience across onboarding, adoption, retention, training, account health, product feedback, and cross-functional collaboration. I use HubSpot every day and I’m also a big believer in using AI thoughtfully to work smarter and create a better customer experience.

Outside of work, I’m happiest exploring a new city, finding a great restaurant, going to a concert, or getting outside for a long walk or hike. I’m looking for a fully remote role with a thoughtful, globally minded company where I can bring both the relationship-building and problem-solving sides of Customer Success.
