What I'm looking for

People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, and Operations

My career has never been linear—and I see that as one of my greatest strengths. Starting in HR, I moved beyond traditional HR functions into process improvement, technology, data, recruitment, learning, and operations. At Philips and BIC, I was already exploring how technology and automation could improve HR processes and create better experiences for employees and leaders.

I’m naturally curious about people and how their experiences shape the way they work. Whether managing high-volume recruitment, training teams, improving processes, or supporting leadership decisions, I focus on building strong relationships and finding practical ways to create a better experience for the people involved.

What I bring is a hybrid perspective: I understand people, but I’m equally comfortable with data, systems, processes, and operational challenges. I can work independently, collaborate across cultures and time zones, and move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

I’m particularly interested in remote, international environments where I can contribute across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, L&D, Recruitment, and Operations, especially in roles where people, technology, and business intersect.
