What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable talent and HR operations in international, technology-driven environments, partnering with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, organisational growth and process improvement.

I've built scalable talent and HR operations across international healthcare and technology organisations, most recently partnering with senior management at Consoft (Glintt Global) during organisational growth and transformation.

At Ribera Group and Futurs, I supported international healthcare projects and helped grow a technology organisation from 40 to 300+ employees. I recruited 100+ professionals for three Centene Corporation projects, staffing service, support and software development teams.

I partner with managers to define workforce needs, shape roles, assess candidates and improve hiring processes. I've also supported ATS and HCM migrations across Bizneo, Orbio, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM.
