What I'm looking for
I’m a dynamic, results-driven recruitment and people leader with experience coaching teams and driving measurable outcomes across multiple industries. I focus on understanding recruitment needs, building strong talent pools, and running candidate screens that keep hiring efficient and high-quality.
In my recruitment roles, I prepare job listings and interview materials, conduct phone screening, and coordinate virtual interviews. I take ownership of the candidate journey—handling applicant queries, managing hiring and rejection decisions appropriately, and delivering virtual training for new hires so teams ramp up quickly.
I also bring operations and leadership experience: coaching and mentoring individuals, running team meetings to set goals, and using weekly calibrations to evaluate team quality. I’m comfortable reviewing reported content for adherence to policies and enforcing Terms of Use, while working closely with Project Managers to support policy for new initiatives.
Across every role, I lead by example—staying proactive about process improvements, monitoring performance against KPIs, and communicating clearly to encourage team members to share ideas. I’m at my best in high-pressure environments where collaboration, accountability, and continuous development directly impact results.
