What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with hiring managers on technical and business hiring, build specialist talent pipelines, and deliver strong candidate experiences across remote and international recruitment.

At Tech Tree and Reflik, I deliver full-lifecycle recruitment for software engineering, AI, cloud, ERP, finance, project management, and operations roles. I partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and provide clear recruitment reporting.

I've built proactive pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and open-web sourcing, including an international network of 1,000+ technology professionals. My work has helped reduce time-to-shortlist and deliver candidates for niche, hard-to-fill technical vacancies.

Previously at RECRUIT.IE, I managed 10–15 concurrent vacancies while supporting permanent and contract campaigns. I bring experience in candidate assessment, interview coordination, ATS administration, GDPR compliance, and candidate experience across Ireland, the UK, and global markets.
