I’m looking for a B2B sales role where I can own full-cycle deals, build multichannel pipeline, and scale processes in CRM. I thrive on quota accountability, consultative discovery, and partnering cross-functionally to improve conversion and retention.

I’m a B2B Account Executive and sales leader who drives quota-busting outbound prospecting and full-cycle deal execution. At Tricoast Lending, I exceeded quota by 100% while generating 2x company average loan volume through disciplined outreach and referral pipeline development. I manage a personal pipeline of 50–100 monthly opportunities, owning deals from lead qualification through underwriting, closing, and retention.

To scale, I implemented HubSpot CRM company-wide, designing custom pipelines, automated workflows, and KPI dashboards, and I built self-sourced net new pipeline of 150+ monthly leads via multichannel outreach, closing 4 deals totaling $3.1M over 18 months. Previously, as US Outcomes Director for The Send, I managed B2B partner relationships across verticals and ran monthly consultative discovery calls to qualify partners on pain points, pipeline capacity, and fit. I also bring systems thinking from leading training and sales work at Youth with a Mission, including forecasting in Salesforce and leading a 15-person call team.
