What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a senior leadership role where I can drive project lifecycle delivery, training, and stakeholder alignment in social or corporate settings—using my leadership, refined communication, and strategic execution to elevate service delivery and outcomes.

I’m an MBA graduate specializing in marketing, with hands-on experience across social, corporate, and marketing domains. I’m determined and self-motivated to pursue a senior leadership role in either the social or corporate sector. My focus is on leveraging leadership, strategic planning, and service delivery standards to achieve objectives.

In my recent role as a Senior Program Manager at ASHISH GRAM RACHNA TRUST, I spearheaded project lifecycle delivery—from conceptualization to evaluation—by building proposals with logical framework analysis and aligning execution to organizational goals. I also orchestrated training programs for IHMP staff, monitored performance against quality standards, and maintained meticulous documentation and reporting to Directors for transparency. I additionally handled translation and miscellaneous tasks to support accessibility and inclusivity.

Earlier, I led multiple DDU-GKY/NSDC initiatives as State Head/Asst. State Coordinator and Center Manager, overseeing operations, training scheduling, team management, MIS/Documentation, and placement orchestration. I’ve also worked in business and marketing roles—such as Territory Manager, Business Development Manager, and Marketing Officer—where I drove lead generation, client relationship management, market research, and promotional growth. Today, I’m also doing freelance work as a remote AI Model trainer for Hindi and Marathi writers and serving as an independent freelance coach focused on cultivating soft skills for colleges and professional degree learners.
