What I'm looking for

I’m looking for management consulting roles where I can combine KPI tracking, data analysis, and stakeholder management to deliver data-driven recommendations. I want to work on structured problem-solving and measurable impact with strong cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a results-driven professional with experience in stakeholder management, data analysis, and market research. I delivered training programs for 199+ participants and conducted field research across 500+ households to generate actionable insights. I bring a strong foundation in problem solving, business strategy, process improvement, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration, targeting management consulting roles.

As a Program Specialist – Training at TNS India Foundation (July 2025 – Present), I deliver structured training programs for 199+ students, improving communication and employability outcomes. I’ve achieved 3.2+/5 rating scores, built KPI tracking systems, and leveraged Salesforce to manage participant databases and support data-driven interventions. I also coordinate stakeholders and operations to ensure 100% on-time execution.

Earlier, I completed a Consultant Intern role with the Uttarakhand State Rural Livelihood Mission, where I performed competitive analysis across 10+ brands, identified differentiation opportunities, and designed a business model for Bhulli Cafe for SHG-based rural enterprise. I’ve also produced DPRs supporting INR 20L+ funding proposals as an Intern – Rural Development at BAIF Foundation, and executed research across 150 households, including 10 case studies, as a Field Intern. My work is rooted in qualitative research rigor and practical stakeholder-focused delivery, supported by leadership activities and an MA in Social Work (Rural Development).
