I seek a mission-driven role in a social enterprise where I can apply customer relations, operations, and community engagement skills to improve service delivery and measurable local impact.

I am a customer relations and operations professional with over four years of cross-functional experience in service delivery, administrative coordination, and community engagement. I apply people-centered communication, service recovery strategies, and CRM practices to strengthen stakeholder relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

I have practical operational experience from industrial training and sales roles, and I completed a B.Sc. in Biological Science (Applied Zoology) where I conducted publishable biochemical research on freshwater snails presented at the 3rd Biosciences Conference. I also served with the National Youth Service Corps, coordinating community development initiatives and education support that increased local participation and program visibility.
