Currently, I work at Access Bank Nigeria PLC, where I handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring that every customer feels valued and informed about our financial products. My role involves cross-selling and upselling various financial services, which has honed my communication and multitasking abilities.

Previously, I served as an Operations Coordinator at Ezejo Cargo Handling, where I managed shipment records and contributed to the planning of company objectives. My experience as a Corp Member at Royal Kids Academy allowed me to develop my leadership skills while coordinating students and preparing lesson notes.
